The Team Behind Accomable
CEO and Founder
Srin is a geneticist turned corporate lawyer turned MBA turned coder and product developer with degrees from Oxford and Kings College London. A big time lover of travel, he co-founded Accomable with Martyn after getting fed up with the difficulties of trying to find accessible travel services. He has a weird fascination with Star Wars, talks like Yoda in team meetings, and enjoys childish action films from the 1990s.
Head of Operations
Shona has worked in the tourism industry for over 8 years working to market British destinations to tourists both at home and overseas. She manages the day-to-day operations of the Accomable machine with marketing, property recruitment, customer enquiries and anything else thrown her way. Otherwise you’ll find her by the beach, skiing, baking cake or eating cake!
Head of Product
Luke manages all things technical at Accomable, leading the design and development of our app. An Oxford history graduate and senior political adviser turned software developer, Luke is excited by the opportunities of technology to make a difference to people’s lives. When not fixing things deep inside the Accomable codebase, he enjoys reading, kayaking and American football.
Sajni is a leveraged financier / credit trader turned tech startup geek. She uses her charm and powers of persuasion to build partnerships with the hotel industry and other organisations. When she’s not schoomzing with hotels, she can been found capsizing dinghies or globetrotting.
Head of Property Recruitment
Chris is our property-hunter supremo. If you want to find an accessible place to stay, Chris is your man. After retraining in psychology, he also has invaluable powers of persuasion and sales skills and uses these to attract new vendors to Accomable. You’ll find him in Watford with his wife and scruffy dog, or following the Irish rugby team.
PR and Comms
Katie had just returned from a year out travelling the world when she got onboard with Accomable. A Cambridge graduate, who previously worked at leading PR agency, Fourbgb, Katie can now be found in deepest, darkest Battersea, talking about us to press, or lugging a mandatory bottle of prosecco to team meetings.
Project Manager of Hotel Partnerships
After completing an Economics degree at Exeter, Suzanne sustained a spinal cord injury while on a surf trip to Morocco. After a few years of intense rehabilitation, she decided to re-focus and study the foreign exchange trading markets. She has always been very fit and active, and when not working, is often found playing tennis, in the gym or at a yoga class.
Project Manager of Africa
Uel can be found near the southern tip of Africa in the beautiful Cape Town and has a background in Project Management. If he's not near the ocean, he's grumpy. Fact! In between scouring the continent for properties, he spends his time involved in his local community ministry, itching to climb mountains again and taming squirrels (it's weird, we know).
We're always looking for great people to join our team.See Our Job Openings Here
